All information is stored securely on encrypted devices or in locked storage. Only staff directly involved in your assessment have access.

Sharing information

We will only share your information with schools, exam boards, or other professionals if you give your consent, unless we are required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep records for 7 years or until the client is 25 (whichever is later), after which they are securely destroyed.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion in certain cases.
